MSc scholarships and bursaries

We offer the following scholarships for international students undertaking postgraduate study with the Faculty.
The University also offers a number of further postgraduate funding options.

The following awards apply to programmes starting in October 2013.

You need to have firmly accepted either a conditional or an unconditional offer of a place on your taught Master's programme before you can apply for a scholarship online.

Award	Description	Application details
Faculty of Engineering and Design Elite MSc Scholarships	these awards are based on academic excellence the awards cover a £2,000 discount on tuition fees and are for one year only for full-time study only on any MSc programme in the Faculty of Engineering and Design (not distance learning programmes) international applicants who have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time MSc programme and pay overseas fees are eligible. University of Bath International Scholarships Scheme	our International Office administers a scholarship scheme for exceptional students, enabling them to excel at university international applicants who have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time MSc programme and pay overseas fees are eligible the awards cover a £3,000 discount in tuition fees and are for one year only. Professor Frank Wallace Scholarship	This scholarship in Automotive Engineering is named after Professor Frank Wallace, a pioneer in diesel engine turbocharging research, and awarded on behalf of his family. the scholarship is awarded to a student from the People's Republic of China applicants who have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer for the MSc in Automotive Engineering and pay overseas fees are eligible the awards cover a £2,500 discount on tuition fees and are for one year only. The Steve Huckvale Scholarships	the Steve Huckvale Scholarships are available for applicants in an African country to study a postgraduate taught programme in engineering or management the purpose of this prestigious award is to assist international candidates with academic merit and leadership potential to study at the University of Bath international applicants born in an African country who have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time MSc programme and pay overseas fees are eligible the awards cover a £5,000 discount in tuition fees and are for one year only.
