This section offers a one-stop shop for all day-to-day repairs and maintenance throughout the University estate. We provide the following maintenance services:

• Central Stores
• Student Accommodation

The Operations section has a professional and capable mix of technical managers and trade staff, who provide a valuable service keeping the University estate in a well-maintained and safe condition and providing services to support the University’s activities.

They provide reactive and pre-planned maintenance for the University and to deal with many of the thousands of maintenance jobs processed and completed each year. Trade staff are also supported by a group of approved contractors when necessary.
