University Open Day 15 June 2017
Open Days are a great way to experience life at the University of Bath. Find out about our courses, attend talks, meet staff and students and tour our campus.
You don't need to register for the day, but you will need to register and book our talks and tours before you come.
When you get here you will find Welcome Points in our West and East Car Parks, outside the Library and at the bus stop. Look out for our Student Ambassadors and staff in red T-shirts who will be there to welcome you.
The Information Fair is open from 9:30am to 4.30pm in the Sports Training Village.
It's the place to pick up information, ask questions and meet academic staff, admissions staff and support services.
Don't forget to talk to our current students - they're the best people to give you an idea of what living and studying here is actually like.
Talks and tours
We put on a range of talks and tours on the day. These include academic sessions, information on finance and a talk for parents and friends. You need to book a place on many of these talks and tours.
Take a look around our student accommodation, between 9am and 4.30pm, to see where you could be living.
Visit the Accommodation stand at the Information Fair to find out more about room allocations and costs.
You can explore our Library on one of our hourly guided tours starting from 10.30am. Just drop in to join, or alternatively take a self-guided tour.
Sports facilities tours
Catch a guided tour of the Sports Training Village (STV) to see the facilities you'd be able to enjoy as a student here, whatever your sporting ability. Tours run every 30 minutes from the STV entrance and there's no need to book.
University isn't all about studying. The Students' Union forms an important part of your experience and we're proud it is one of the best in the country. It offers an exciting programme of entertainment and a diverse range of sports clubs and societies. During the day you'll come across some of these societies, giving you a taste of what you can get involved with.
