General
This report has been made available to Finance Administrators, Research Support staff and the Finance Office.
This lists all Supplier Invoices and all Purchase Order Invoices which are in workflow but are overdue for payment by more than 60 days.
This report lists all supplier balances by age, whether registered and still in workflow (status A) or approved in workflow but not yet paid (status B). This report will be run within the Finance Office.
This report was originally intended to pick up Purchase Invoices which have finished workflow but remain at status A. The scope has widened to provide a report of all workflow transactions which have completed but not yet posted. This report will be accessed and run by the AP staff proactively looking to resolve any situations before they become issues with suppliers. The report is not available for general access.
PI Desktop
A new version of the Agresso Report Engine has been installed which will enable users to print reports from the web either as a .pdf document or in to Excel where you will be able to customise the output. A short guide has been put together detailing the options available and the steps to take. The new report engine should also resolve the problems that some users have experienced with running Excelerator reports recently.
The old PI desktop in the Information Pages has been replaced by a new easier to use version for which there is a pocket guide. We will be running a series of presentations towards the start of the new Academic Year to give users the opportunity to ask more detailed questions, dates will be announced shortly.
The PI desktop on Web Agresso enables a user to see a list of all projects with which they are associated as well as the life to date budget position in respect of any individual project. There is also the facility to drill down further to see individual transactions which make up a total and to see the scanned images of invoices paid. If you would like further information on the PI desktop and one to one training on this please contact the Help Desk on 3434.

A new report has been created specifically for "K" type accounts (Personal General Funds) which summarises the balance brought forward from previous years and details the current year expenditure.

Estates Recharge Report by Department
(Newsletter 13.3a, Jan 10)
There is a report (Smart Client only) which can be run at any time and includes postings up to the day the report is run. This report is confined to works initiated by internal order only (as some Estates recharges are made by journal) but for most departments, this will form the majority of charges made by Estates.
Commitments reports are available to be run by cost centre or by project.
Two reports are available which can be used to check whether sales invoices have been paid.

Print settings in the web
(Newsletter 12.2a, Oct 09)
To ensure that you can see the full details, you will need to change your printer settings to landscape and check that the scale is set to ‘Shrink to Fit’.
How to generate reports in landscape
(Newsletter 9.3a, Jan 09)
You will need to select landscape from the print preview each time you wish to print a report in landscape. This issue has been put forward to Agresso as a future enhancement.
Access and Setup
Create reports under your Private Reports Folder
(Newsletter 11.3a, Aug 09)
Create a new folder for your reports and select the reports you wish to include.
How to send a template report to another user
(Newsletter 10.4a, Mar 09)
Send and receive browser templates through Agresso.
Once you have used a standard browser report and amended it in some way - changing the sub totals for example - you will quite likely want to save that version for yourself.
When you first save a global report as your own version please do NOT tick the “Overwrite” option. This will have the effect of deleting the report as made available to 1000 other users and confining it your own use only. Only use the “Overwrite” option when you are amending a report which you have already saved privately.
