We would like to welcome two new members of staff, Chris Nix and Matthew McIntosh, who are currently undergoing training for the BUCS Service Desk. The live system has a minor modification applied recently which corrects some faults previously identified and makes some improvements to screens and functionality. The details are contained in the main functional area sections below. There are no changes to the way in which you log in and access Agresso. Update 3 includes fixes to problems in Internal Trade which should eliminate errors being encountered recently by users.

Progress report - update 5.5.3 for June go live PDF (Newsletter 10.1a, Mar 09)

Feedback from the recent user survey (Newsletter 9.5a, Jan 09)
There were about 200 responses to the recent Agresso user survey, many of whom took the time to include comments as well as responses to individual questions. I have tried to include in this Newsletter responses to many of the comments/requests for further information rather than respond to individuals since the information should be helpful to many other users.

Ongoing Issues
Ghost workflow tasks (Newsletter 10.5e, Mar 09)
This is another annoyance. Where requisitions/journals/invoices have gone into a workflow and then been deleted for whatever reason it is possible that the task remains in a task list. When users click on such a task they find that there is no data to process. If you have instances of this please contact the Help Desk and give them as much information as possible about the task (the details listed for the task in your task list should provide enough for us). We hope to be able to remove these when the system is upgraded in June. In the mean time the Help Desk are collecting information.
