Recording Credit and Debit card details through Web Payments (Newsletter 13.2a, Jan 10)
The University will implement Agresso’s Web Payments Module shortly which will ultimately remove the need to take credit and debit card payments over the phone or by paper. Simon Holt in the Finance Office is currently undertaking a project to assess current demand for online payments. A plan will then be developed for the implementation of the system, and identifying areas for further development It is anticipated that the roll out will be staged.
Simon will be talking to those people he has identified as potentially benefitting from this development, but asks anyone to contact him with an interest in this so that no one is missed out of the plan! Contact Simon on extension 5129, or s.c.holt@bath.ac.uk.
