New Users

New users and those extending their use of Agresso will find the information held within these pages an excellent starting point. If you need access to Agresso or to extend your access to Agresso, you will need to register for the service and provide details of your requirements.

If you are in need of some guidance you will find the IT Training Courses and Training Guides sections beneficial.

How to Register

If you are a new user, or the supervisor of a new user, you must first request access to Agresso through the BUCS MIS Registration Form.

This will raise a ticket and send it to the relevant people for authorisation and set up. The user will receive an automated response email when the form is submitted giving a reference number. This number should be quoted if querying the ticket with the BUCS Service Desk (mis-support@bath.ac.uk or extension 3434).

When the set up is complete, another email will be sent to the requestor confirming the details.

Please note - Only users who have signed the relevant departmental authorised signatory list will be added to workflows to approve invoices/journals.

See more information on the details to give PDF when requesting access to Agresso.
