Employee Self Service (ESS)
As a member of University staff you can use ESS (iTrent) to view and manage personal information such as annual leave, sickness absence and a range of payroll information including:
- Payroll dates
- Update bank details
- View payslips
- E-Form preferences (E-slips).
Accessing ESS
Use your University username and password to log into Employee Self Service.
Never let anyone else know these details as it will allow access to your confidential information, with the risk of exposing you to identity fraud.
