PG Maintenance Payments

The next payment date will be: Tuesday 1st October 2013.

Provided you have completed registration online (ROL) by 9.00am Friday 20th Septembet 2013 a email notification will be sent to your @bath.ac.uk address before 5.00pm Friday 20th September 2013. If you do not receive an email or there is an error on the remittance advice, please email Studentships by 9am Monday 23rd September 2013 .  

Maintenance will be paid directly into the nominated bank account

To enter or update your bank details click on SAMIS and select Studentships.

New Starters

You will need to present yourself with your maintenance agreement before 4.00pm Wednesday 2nd October 2013 at your relevant Graduate School or the Student Finance Office in Wessex House and have completed registered online (ROL) by that date.

Your first payment will be paid on Tuesday 8th October 2013 and future payment dates are detailed on the payment schedule below.

PG Maintenance payments are paid quarterly in advance provided a student remains fully registered and UK bank details are held.

1st January

1st April

1st July

Please note, payments of maintenance from sponsors are subject to signed contract agreements and income having been received.

Should a student suspend, leave or transfer to continuation, writing up, submit or be no longer eligible for the payments for any reason; maintenance payments will stop and any prepaid maintenance must be repaid.
