What our priorities are and how we are doingThe University publishes various kinds of information relating to institutional strategy, plans and performance. An Annual Review is produced each academic year. The latest Annual Review, and those for previous years. The University develops and implements a number of strategies and action plans to inform and support the realization of its objectives in particular fields or areas of operation. These can be viewed from the web pages of the Office of Policy and Planning. The quality of learning and teaching at the University is overseen by the Learning & Teaching Enhancement Office. The University's Quality Assurance Code of Practice describes the internal processes and procedures for assuring the quality and standard of its academic provision and includes code of practice statements covering, for example, external examining (QA12), degree scheme reviews (QA13), collaborative provision (QA20) and annual monitoring of units and programmes (QA51). Collecting feedback from students on their experiences at the University is a key part of the quality enhancement process. Information about recent internal and sector-wide student surveys.
