Ceremonies in December
We are holding in-person graduation ceremonies in December 2022.
The ceremonies will take place in the Assembly Rooms and an invitation to register to attend will be emailed to all eligible graduates in October.
The ceremonies will be live streamed on the University website.
Registering to attend
If you’re eligible to attend a ceremony in December you will be sent an email invitation in October asking you to register for your ceremony.
If you are eligible to attend and have not received your invitation by the end of October please contact graduation@bath.ac.uk.
The invitation email will direct you to an online registration form where you'll be able to:
- confirm whether or not you'll be coming to the ceremony
- let us know about any accessibility arrangements you need to make
Once you've registered to attend your ceremony you will need to hire a gown to wear on the day. Details on how to hire your gown will be added to the hiring or buying a graduation gown page once booking opens.
Registering guarantees you two guest tickets.
Deferring attendance to a future ceremony
We understand that it may not be possible for you to attend due to travel and other restrictions. You can therefore defer your place and attend a future set of ceremonies.
You will be asked to confirm on the registration form if you wish to defer your place.
If you find you can no longer attend your ceremony after you have registered, please let us know on graduation@bath.ac.uk.
