Before you start

Equipment available should be booked by at least 12 noon of the preceding work day. For use on campus you must first book a room. Once this is done you should fill out the online booking form. Some equipment is in high demand and we operate on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, please book as soon as your requirements are known. In particular, the beginning of semesters are a busy time and so lecture materials should be booked as soon as you receive your final timetable. Also please consider that:

• all bookings will be answered/confirmed
  
• for multiple bookings please supply Syllabus Plus week numbers and date of first and last booking
• weekend bookings may require the room(s) to be booked from the Friday afternoon through to the Monday morning
