Document checking for Home and EU postgraduate students
If you are a postgraduate student with Home or EU fee status, you must attend a document checking session to complete your registration.
Why you must have your documents checked
When you arrive at the University to start your course, you must attend a document checking session so we can confirm your qualifications, even if you have already provided us with copies.
You have not completed registration until you have attended a document checking session.
What to bring
You must bring any original qualifications that were part of your offer, like:
- degree certificates (and original translations if not in English)
- transcripts (and original translations if not in English)
- an English language certificate, if English is not your first language
There are two separate application trackers so make sure you log in to the right one for your course.
If you are registering for a postgraduate taught course, log in to the postgraduate Application Tracker to get a list of documents you must bring.
If you are registering for a doctoral course, log in to the doctoral Application Tracker to get a list of documents we need to see.
