We're recruiting for domestic assistants to join our team.
The University of Bath Accommodation department is expanding. Our brand new building, Polden, will be home to over 290 postgraduate students.
The state of the art building will be home to student bedrooms, kitchens, social spaces, offices and a café.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking staff to work as Domestic Assistants.
You'll be cleaning student bedrooms, kitchens and communal areas in line with service level agreements.
You will also be responsible for cleaning the café and office areas to an excellent standard.
You’ll interact with students and other building users and be a friendly face they recognise.
Maintenance reporting will also be part of your role.
Previous cleaning experience is highly desirable but not essential. We’ll train and support you every step of the way.
We’re interested in your personality, whether you can offer a warm welcome and be a team player.
You’ll also need to show initiative as some of your role will involve working alone.
The role is 36.5 hours a week on a rota basis, which will include some weekends.
You will work five days a week and hours will vary between 7am and 6pm, so you'll need to be flexible.
Not only will you be working in a fantastic new building, you’ll also receive these great benefits.
