How to organise a reunion
If you would like to arrange a get together back on campus, we can help you. And the sooner you contact us, the more help we can offer.
Contact old friends
We can send an invitation to anyone you’d like to invite to your reunion. Don’t worry if you can only remember a first name, year group or subject. We’ll search our database to track your old classmates down.
Take a tour
Think you know your way around? You may be surprised. Buildings are popping up left, right and centre at the University of Bath, but we can help:
- We can arrange for one of our Student Ambassadors to give you a tour of campus.
- If you’d like to take a look at your old department, we’ll see if there’s someone on campus who can show you around.
- Student Accommodation may be able to give you access to your old halls. You can contact them on (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) to find out if this is possible.
- And if you’d just like to explore, we’ll provide you with the maps and information you’ll need to learn more about our ever expanding campus. There's also a self-guided tour to make sure you don't miss anything.
Enjoy a meal
If you have a large group (40-50 or more) you may want to book our restaurant, The Wessex, for lunch or an evening meal. Contact us on (mailto:email@example.com) and we’ll see if it’s available. For smaller groups there's plenty of places to grab something to eat.
Have a drink on us
To make sure your reunion goes with a swing, we’ll provide a voucher for a free alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink to everyone who comes along. You can use them at any of our bars and eateries. Cheers!
Make a weekend of it
Have something else in mind?
If you have something in mind that isn’t mentioned above, or you’d like to discuss your plans, please get in touch. We are happy to assist however we can, or offer advice on your ideas.
