New CPD module in musculoskeletal medicine in Primary Care

3 January 2013

There are a few places remaining on our new distance learning module Common Musculoskeletal Conditions in Primary Care which starts on 21 January 2013.

The module, which is studied online and part-time over six months, covers clinical examination and joint injection techniques over nine topic areas.

Each topic starts with a quiz from which you will receive feedback that informs your learning needs and points you in the direction of a rich set of resources including three key e-books in musculoskeletal medicine, sports injuries and joint injections, to Anatomy.tv, the online 3-D Anatomy resource, and to a range of videos and developmental activities.

There is a study day devoted to clinical examination and joint injection techniques.

The module can be taken for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or as part of the MSc/PG Diploma in Primary Care.
