New International Study of Pain grant - Professor Chris Eccleston, Director for the Bath Centre for Pain Research and Dr Tonya Palmero, of Oregon Health and Science University, have been awarded a grant by the International Association for the Study of Pain to determine the most effective psychological treatment methods for use with children and adolescents in an Internet based delivery format. These studies will advance ongoing Internet intervention development , testing will be conducted at both institutions.

Welcome to the University Centre for Pain Research.

interlinked balls 2 CPR is an international and interdisciplinary centre aimed at discovery, innovation, and technology development for the control of pain, and the amelioration of pain related suffering led by Professor Chris Eccleston and team.

Through this site more information is available about the Centre, the members of the team, and the research currently being undertaken by the CPR.

The Centre for Pain Research is wholly dependent on external grants funding, and charitable donations. Centre Activities

Much of the clinical research is undertaken at the Bath Centre for Pain Services and as part of the clinical programme in Complex Regional Pain Syndromes.
