If you are considering applying to study here then we encourage you to come along to our Undergraduate Open Day to find out more.
The next Open Day will be on 14 September 2013.
The timetable of events, as well as accommodation viewing and central talk times, can be found on the University Open Day page.
You can also get information about how to get here and staying overnight.
Department talk
Come to a talk on our programme, Sport & Exercise Science - you will need to book to attend.
The talk is given by our Admissions Tutor, Director of Studies, Senior Lecturers, and involves some of our second and final year students.
Can't attend the talk?
If the talk is fully booked then email the Open Day team (opendays@bath.ac.uk) as we will try to help fit you in.
If you are unable to attend a talk there are still plenty of things for you to do on the Open Day so it’s still worth attending.
What does the talk cover?
- Introduction to the Department and the subject area
- Information on programme content
- The type of work set throughout the programme
- Placements & study abroad
- Admissions information
- Sample lecture
- Sport & Exercise Science from the student’s perspective
Department tour
Our department tour will allow you to visit:
- Lecture theatres
- Labs
Information fair
Come to our stand at the Information Fair to meet academic staff and current students from our Department.
You can pick up our department brochure and find information on Studying Abroad. You can find information on placement opportunities at the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences Placements stand.
Departmental Open Days
In addition to the University Open Days, we also offer Departmental Open Days, which are available to applicants who have applied and been offered a place on the programme. These days provide an opportunity to have further talks with staff and have tours of the campus, if you have not already done so.
