Throughout the event constant contact is maintained with the organiser to answer any questions that may arise and to ensure everything runs according to plan.

About Events at Bath
Events at Bath is part of the Accommodation and Hospitality department at the University of Bath.
We provide meeting, conference and exhibition services all year round.
During the summer months we can offer customers a choice of over 75 meeting/conference rooms and excellent accommodation and catering options. Our range of facilities enable us to tailor our packages to suit the customers budget.
The income generated within the Accommodation and Hospitality department is used to make continued improvements to our facilities and our staff through training, refurbishments and new developments such as Woodland Court. Woodland Court is our latest student accommodation building completed in September 2008 and provides over 350 new state-of-the-art student bedrooms. These bedrooms will be available to conference guests in July.
