| The Accommodation and Hospitality Department provide the opportunity for our staff to grow with us. We offer a diverse range of training in whichever role you are looking for. You will be in a real role from day one with genuine responsibility. You will quickly be able to make your mark and be a big part of our ongoing success. |

We will provide you with specific training for your role, using courses and programmes with national accreditation. We endeavour to ensure that any courses that are mandatory to your role are delivered to you within 6-8 weeks of starting. We will also support you with language skills if English is not your first language.
On top of this, we offer members of staff 20 hours a year personal development time (10 hours if you work part time) Personal development time can be used for anything you may wish to pursue that takes place during work hours. Examples of activities that staff have used their personal development time for in the past are:
- Foreign/English Language Lessons
- Dog walking
- Painting fences and planting trees for the National Trust
- Volunteer work
- Photography courses
