Performance Review
The University's Capability Policy and Procedure sets the requirement for all staff to undertake a performance review. This should normally take place once a year.
This process will normally be carried out using the Staff Development and Performance Review (SDPR) process. While not mandatory, the SDPR process is strongly recommended for all staff.
Performance Reviews should be submitted via email to sdpr@bath.ac.uk following the procedure set out in section D of the Performance Review form.
