Policy and procedure for staff & students for dealing with complaints
The University of Bath is committed to providing an environment where all employees and students are treated with dignity and respect, free of unlawful discrimination, victimisation, bullying or any form of harassment.
The policy statement and guidelines on its implementation are designed to ensure that staff and students of the University are confident, if they bring a complaint in good faith, that the matter will be dealt with according to the agreed procedures and that they will not be subsequently victimised or disadvantaged in any way.
