Difficult situations

Inevitably from time to time some staff may find themselves in situations where they are at odds with the University.

We have a number of policies and procedures in place to deal with such circumstances, including: 

  • Disciplinary
  • Capability 
  • Grievance
  • Dignity and Respect

We can also offer facilities for mediation, and fully recognise the importance of trades unions in our processes.
