Recruiting staff
Recruiting new staff is one of the most important tasks a manager will do. All recruiting managers are expected to have attended the Chairing Recruitment Panels course if they are going to be involved in any recruitment activity.
There are a number of ways that you can resource your team: the following pages will provide you with guidance on filling substantive posts which are funded internally or through external funding.
Alternatively, if you are recruiting students from the University, this can be done through Joblink. This is a service to help students find work during term and vacation time.
