- IAA Briefing Sessions
Briefing sessions have been taking place since September for researchers who are interested in funding opportunities to stimulate pathways to impact projects. In case you missed these and would like to find out more, please see the slides from the briefing sessions for further information.

A launch event took place on 11 October 2012, in the 4 West Atrium, to officially mark the start of the Impact Acceleration Account (IAA), which commenced on 1 October. The event included a buffet lunch and poster exhibition of KTA projects, along with presentations outlining new funding opportunities to stimulate pathways to impact projects.

The aim of the event was to help academic and research staff plan for impact. Academic staff from across the University presented their experiences and outlined how they identified the non-academic users to engage with their research, the activities they undertook and what they got out of it. The event was followed by a networking lunch.
