Infused with warmth and humour, Baluji Shrivastav’s concerts are more than just a platform for his incredible technique. For ICIA, he explored a selection of classical ragas as recorded on his superbly crafted solo album Shadow Of The Lotus and new release Goddess.
With six Arts Council tours to his name, and dates at London’s Southbank Centre, Shrivastav is also in demand across Europe, Africa and America. Happy to cross genres, he regularly performs on the jazz circuit and works with the likes of Massive Attack and Doves.
