Following the critically acclaimed Grace (2009) and Americana (2010), Yorke Dance Project presents its new, full evening dance production Words Worth. Director Yolande Yorke-Edgell presents her new work Noted, based on letters written by iconic figures over the past five centuries, and guest choreographer Anton Du Beke adds his wit, charm and exceptional talent to create a new work, his first foray into choreographing for a contemporary dance company. Words Worth also features Yorke-Edgell's acclaimed City Limitless, drawn from the life and writings of Jack Kerouac. With an overarching theme of words, and sounds ranging from Fred Astaire, Jack Kerouac and Allen Ginsberg, Dizzy Gillespie and music from the winners of our young musicians competition, Words Worth promises an evening of exceptional dance entertainment.

‘Elegant, witty, emotional and smart’
