Call for an IMI Deputy Director

Applications are invited for a Deputy Director post in the Institute for Mathematical Innovation (IMI).

Closing date: 5pm on Friday 29 June 2018
Interview date: Tuesday 17 July 2018


The appointment would be from 1 August 2018 for three years, at a level of 0.2FTE.

Deputy Directors work closely with the Director and Institute Management team, the Steering Group, and the Advisory Board, to develop, manage and provide strategic direction to the IMI.

Applications are welcome from academic staff at the level of Senior Lecturer and above, or exceptional Lecturers, working in any part of the University. Staff in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences or the School of Management are particularly encouraged to apply.

•    concise statement of relevant experience (not more than one page)
•    statement of aspirations for the role and the Institute (not more than one page)
