By uploading pictures, you accept these terms and conditions.

You agree that pictures you upload:

• are your property
• comply with legislation covering publication
• do not infringe copyright
• are reasonable quality – not low resolution,  out of focus or blurred
• will be moderated by us
• are submitted at your own risk

We reserve the right to:

• re-use on our website or in printed media any pictures submitted
• withdraw any picture without notice
• edit, crop, resize or otherwise change any picture
• modify or withdraw all or any part of inPictures
• discontinue inPictures without notice

In general:

• we will accommodate a wide variety of pictures
• we will do our best to include all pictures submitted
• we cannot provide you with support or advice on your pictures or any other related matter
• we will not be able to answer queries about missing or damaged picture files
