Guaranteed delivery before 1.00 pm the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays.

Maximum weight is 10kg. For British Forces Post Office (BFPO) the maximum weight is 2kg.

For extra peace of mind, Royal Mail offers consequential loss compensation for financial loss due to delay, loss or damage to Special Delivery Next Day items.

You can apply for consequential loss compensation if you're using Special Delivery for any UK destination, except the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or HM Forces addresses.

Special Delivery Next Day can only be used in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
