Read-Only Manager Self Service
Following go-live, access to read-only Manager Self Service (MSS) has been given to line managers across the University who have completed their registration process.
To help line managers to get to grips with MSS and understand these changes we will be providing a number of information sessions. Line managers wishing to attend can book a place on a particular session by contacting Sarah Jones.
This phase of the project gives read-only access to managers. The next phase will introduce interactive use of MSS and Employee Self Service for the booking of holiday and recording of sick leave. This will be introduced on a department by department basis.
Employee Self Service
Employee Self Service (ESS) has been designed as a straight-forward and secure way for you to view and update your personal data held on the University's HR & Payroll system (iTrent), including payslips. When you login for the first time, please review your existing data and update it as appropriate.
