Key responsibilities
Ensuring the effective quality management of taught provision through:
- developing and maintaining the quality management framework
- advising and issuing guidance on complex operational, regulatory and policy aspects of learning and teaching
- setting and agreeing agendas for institutional committees
- leading quality reviews and enhancement projects
- providing a professional lead for quality management staff across the University, including chairing the University Quality Forum
- overseeing processes related to external reviews, including QAA liaison.
