Key responsibilities
- working with staff in the Widening Participation Office, CPD Support and Development Office, and in Partner Institutions, supporting the use of technologies for enhancing learning
- developing resources within Moodle and using other technologies for a variety of teaching, learning and administrative purposes
- supporting marketing activities through the production of video and audio resources, website developments and the integration of social media tools
- training staff in the use of a range of technologies to support their teaching or support needs
- leading a TDF project looking at the use of collaborative web-conferencing technologies to enhance participation in WP activities
- piloting and evaluating the use of a number of web-conferencing technologies across campus

- joined the University’s central e-Learning Team in February 2012
- supported e-learning in the Division for Lifelong Learning from 1993
