One-to-one support

We can provide support for individual staff through 1-2-1 consultations, teaching observations and coaching.

We can offer you confidential, neutral and non-judgemental feedback on any aspect of your teaching, including in the classroom. Depending on your needs, you can book a one-off meeting to discuss teaching or curriculum development with an experienced academic developer or we can arrange a series of meetings and observations to help you enhance your teaching over a period of time.

We also offer one-to-one or group support for applying for professional recognition for teaching through the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or in bidding for internal or external funding for teaching development.
