About this course
This is available online through our desktop conferencing software. The meeting will last 15 minutes (time you'll take to drink a coffee).
You participate through logging on from your computer. You will need headphones to hear the presentation. You can ask questions via the text chat facility. The format is a short presentation followed by questions. The material is derived from one of our case studies.
Once you have registered for the event you'll be sent an email which invites you into the session.
