Staff going through the Bath Scheme said:

“As a lecturer I was really pleased to be able to gain a nationally recognised teaching benchmark.  The Bath Scheme made the process as painless as possible,  as Rachael and her team offering clear instructions as to what was required and great support when I was drafting my application.  The whole process has made me reflect on my teaching practices and this will definitely be of use going forward."  [Dr Rob Branston, SFHEA]

"As a Teaching Fellow, it is important for me to obtain professional recognition for my teaching. The HEA is increasingly recognised by higher education institutions and the level awarded will benchmark my expertise and professionalism and strengthen my career development." [Dr Julie Letchford, SFHEA]
