HEA Grants awarded to University staff
Congratulations to two University of Bath staff, Dr Hazel Corradi and Dr Tim Bilham, who have been awarded individual grants by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) to develop learning and teaching.
In the most recent round of development funding from the Higher Education Academy (HEA), the University will benefit from these two exciting projects.
Dr Hazel Corradi from the Department of Biology & Biochemistry, has received funding to transform her undergraduate lectures using the ‘ Flipped Classroom’ approach. This project will link into the University-wide ‘Flipping’ Project to be launched shortly by the Learning & Teaching Enhancement Office (LTEO).
Dr Tim Bilham from the Department of Health will be using his HEA funding to further develop the Flexible Learning in Postgraduate Studies project based within the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
Contact Dr Helen King, Head of Academic Staff Development, LTEO for further information about these projects and funding availability from the HEA for developing learning and teaching.
