Consultation on staff-student partnership at Bath
We would like to invite your views and comments on the recently developed Staff-Student Partnership Agreement .
Building on many years of staff and students’ shared interests in an excellent student
experience, we have become very much recognised for the positive partnerships we have in our
academic community. In line with good practice across the sector, the Students’ Union and LTEO have
tried to capture how staff and students work together and what we can expect from each other. The
intention of the partnership agreement is to provide students especially early on during their
studies, with a clear understanding of how students, staff and the institution work together. It is
an opportunity to set a positive, constructive tone for engagement during their studies.
The drafted document was collated on the basis of existing practices and policies, by the
Students’ Union and Learning and Teaching Enhancement Office. Student consultation has already
taken place, but both students and staff are more than welcome to respond to the
consultation survey
