Have you thought about group work sessions for your students next year?
Did you know that the new Chancellors’ Building will have six general teaching rooms
specifically equipped for group work?
These six rooms together with our interactive group work room in 8 West (8 West 1.28) are now
available to request for the new academic year.
The new Chancellors’ Building will have six rooms, of which five will be furnished with
plectrum-shaped group desks and wireless network. The sixth room will be fully equipped with
hideaway PCs and will seat up to 48 students. The capacity of the remaining rooms will be two at
30, two at 42 and one at 48.
8 West 1.28’s features include:
- Six, six person, group work zones equipped with LCD screens
- Each work zone is set up with power supply, docking stations, internet
connections and headphone sockets
- Lecturer’s workstation equipped with full audio visual system
- Five glass writing boards with magnets for attaching flip chart paper.
