Target audience

This session is primarliy aimed at doctoral students who already have some teaching experience, but may also be useful for those considering undertaking teaching.

About the course

This session will help you to reflect on and market the skills and experience gained through involvement in teaching

Intended learning outcomes

The session will help you to:

  • reflect on your teaching experience
  • identify the breadth of skills developed through teaching and supervision of undergraduate project / research placement students
  • market teaching skills effectively in CVs, covering letters and application forms for jobs both inside and outside of academia.
