If you are having problems resetting your PIN, you can visit the Issue Desk or contact us directly for a reminder during staffed hours.

Library members without a University of Bath Username and Password should have received a PIN notification email to the email address provided at registration.  If the email and PIN has been lost or forgotten, you should contact the Library Issue Desk.
