Dr Baris YalabikDirector of the Exchange Programme and Research Project, Lecturer in Operations and Supply ManagementMy research involves the alignment of the seemingly contradictory goals of profitability, environmental friendliness, and social responsibility. As such, I have been working on issues such as product design in remanufacturing and environmental life cycle assessment. In my current research I am dealing with the cost of ignoring or misinterpreting environmental factors in the manufacturing of a product. |
