This five day programme, spread across two modules, has been specifically designed for senior executives and HRD teams who are seeking to formulate and strengthen their talent development and retention strategies. With an emphasis on developing practical tools and frameworks, participants will gain critical insights from leading-edge international researchers and experienced practitioners.
Working within a peer group of like-minded professionals, they will be encouraged to exchange ideas based on their own experiences and to discuss the challenges faced by their organisations.
