Research Interests
The desire to attain sustainability (profitability given environmental and social constraints) requires a rethinking of the way we do business. The area of Sustainable Operations Management re-examines concepts long-researched by traditional Operations Management literature (eg product and service design, supplier network and process design) under the lens of sustainability. One way to do this is to use analytical and simulation models, informed by empirical organisations and individuals faced with various future scenarios.
PhD Supervision
I am happy to consider potential PhD students with these interests.
