Research Interests
My research interests lie in the area of uncertainty with different applications such as decision support under uncertainty and the analysis, modelling and management of the uncertainty connected to business processes. In particular, I focus in the business processes connected to servitisation, ie manufacturing companies offering additional services with their products to stay competitive globally. Further interests are the communication and visualisation of uncertainty in different contexts and applications.
