Research Interests
I hold a PhD from Warwick Business School and, prior to joining the University of Bath in 2013, I taught at the University of Edinburgh. My research interests relate to the strategic and organizational aspects of managing multinational firms (including internationalization of firms’ strategies; issues of organizational design and human resources; global learning and change management; mergers and acquisitions); the impact of multinational firms’ national identity upon their behaviour; French multinationals; comparative institutional theory. I explore those issues in the context of firms originating from and operating in diverse countries and industries, and I specialise in qualitative research methods. I have published in Organization Studies and The European Management Journal.
