Research Interests
My research interests are in the area of strategy processes, practices and cognition. In particular, my current research agenda focuses on understanding the determinants of individuals’ mental models with regards to important strategic matters, the role of cognition in unravelling the microfoundations of dynamic capabilities, and how individuals’ cognitions impact on strategic action. I am also interested in the development of the resource-based view of the firm and the use of cognitive mapping in research and practice.
