Dr Svenja Tams

Director of Studies, MSc in Advanced Management, Lecturer in Organization Studies

My research focuses on developing our understanding of careers and leadership that respond to the emerging context of global society. Two questions underpin my current work:

  • What is the nature of ‘social change work’ by which individuals and groups seek to respond to issues at the interface of business and society?
  • How can we develop capacity for social and systems innovation in response to societal challenges?
