My research focuses on developing our understanding of careers and leadership that respond to the emerging context of global society. Two questions underpin my current work:
Dr Sinéad Roden

My main research interests are in the area of supplier relationship management. Specifically I am interested in the governance and development of strategic buyer-supplier relationships, and the role of environmental factors. My current research focuses on exploring the application of social capital theory in the context of supplier relationships. I am currently examining the impact of uncertainty and governance arrangements on the performance of supplier exchange relationships. I am also interested in the strategic management of service supply chain relationships and the management of innovation in this context.
Dr Ian Colville
