Bath MBA and MSc students celebrate at the Roman Baths

On Tuesday 30th April, members of faculty and staff joined Bath MBA and MSc students in the city’s beautiful Roman Baths, to celebrate the end of the semester at the annual Roman Baths Drinks Reception.

Professor Richard Elliot, Dean of the School, gave a short speech congratulating the students on their achievements and reflecting on the year so far. Around 300 staff and students enjoyed drinks and canapés against the stunning backdrop of the spa waters.

Louisa Langley, MSc Receptionist said:
“It’s a great opportunity for students and staff to celebrate their successes and look forward to their future in the surroundings of the historic Roman Baths.”

Janet Rumsey, Head of MBA Operations said:
“Once again, this event proved to be a fantastic celebration as we near the end of Semester 2 teaching.  The setting is superb and the students and staff embraced the opportunity to dress to match it.  We all had a wonderful evening.”
