BSc in International Management and Modern Languages student Stephanie Hawkins was one of 30 specially selected candidates who attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) Marketing Summer School, which took place in London from 22-26 June 2015.

This week-long, residential Summer School gives students the chance to experience what it is really like to work in digital and direct marketing.

The week involved talks from industry experts including James Eder, the founder of Student Beans, visits to London advertising agencies and a chance to meet influential contacts at a networking event held in The Goring Hotel, London.

Stephanie commented:

‘The highlight of the week was being part of the winning team for the live digital marketing brief set by Havas Helia, for their client Dove.

Overall, it was an excellent week full of exciting insights into the marketing industry and I would recommend Bath students apply in the future. Although I am an IMML graduate, the Summer School is open to students from any discipline with a passion for marketing.’
